On December 3, 1984, vast amounts of toxic gas leaked from the Union Carbide pesticide factory in Bhopal, killing thousands and poisoning countless. Today the people still suffer and drinking water in surrounding communities remains severely polluted. Two decades later, no court of law anywhere in the world has held Union Carbide or its officers responsible for the disaster. But, Indian-American lawyer, Rajan Sharma presses the case against Union Carbide in the Federal District Court in New York on behalf of the victims in Bhopal.

The testimonial driven documentary provides a chilling reminder that neither a verdict nor a conviction of those responsible for this atrocity has been rendered yet the struggle for justice continues.
