"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind." Mahatma Gandhi

Based on S Hussain Zaidi's book of the same title, director, Anurag Kashyap presents the first feature to address the serial bombings that rocked Mumbai over a decade ago. On March 12, 1993 over a period of several hours, a series of explosions tore through the city killing 300 people. The film follows the men that orchestrated the devastation in response to brutal violence against Muslims during communal riots as well as the police investigation into the tragic events.

Director, Anurag Kashyap deftly traverses difficult terrain by adopting an intricate non-linear narrative that reveals truth in its details.
