Sudhir Mishra has created a deeply personal view of India in the 1970s. There is an awareness in the director's approach that is unshakable, and like the college youths he depicts, the country is on the verge of self-discovery.

It is 1975 and the government declares a state of Internal Emergency. On the surface, this is the story of three people whose lives form a political and romantic triangle. The political turmoil has sent thousands to jail, while others are adapting to the loss of their civil rights. For Siddarth, Geeta and Vikram, whose lives are being shaped and re-shaped by events, destiny finally forges an outcome none could have foreseen.

English, Hindi, Telugu dialogue
