The word 'Ayurveda' stems from the Sanskrit "ayus" (life and longevity) and "veda" (knowledge and science).

Originating in India, Ayurveda is thought to be between 2500 to 5000 years old. This is the Science of Life, and director Pan Nalin sets out to demonstrate how the Ayurvedic process is performed by its practitioners not only in India, but in countries as far flung as Greece and the United States.
