| WHAT: |
The Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) will present the North American Premiere of RETURN OF HANUMAN at ArcLight Hollywood on February 10, 2008.
Directed by Anurag Kashyap (BLACK FRIDAY, NO SMOKING), the animated children's adventure follows the travails of the bored Monkey God, Hanuman who returns to earth in the form of a child. Initially, his instincts as a God tend to create more havoc then not until he is faced with an unexpected confrontation with an evil spirit lurking just under the earth's surface poised to fulfill a 5000 year old prophecy, following a curse laid by the Demon guru Shukracharya. Is the child/God game for this?
A Q&A with the director, Kashyap will follow the screening. Also, movie posters will be given away to all attending children (with Kashyap available for signing).
