Director V.K. Prakash has created a colorful portrait of an uptight 40-year-old widow whose life is best described as lonely and boring. With the exception of nightly erotic phone calls from a stranger, her life lacks imagination, but when a young man moves into her flat, her world is turned upside down.

Veteran actress Deepti Naval's wonderfully expressive face brilliantly captures her transformation from a cantankerous recluse to a warm and vibrant woman.
